We spent a couple of days in one of the places you must visit if you go to Vietnam.
above, something that looks like a tongue or something else .... :-)

above, a kayaking session before we had a swim. it was so cold, absolutely freezing. Honestly Bournemouth has better quality water.
we are not on the picture below, so forget about it.
Bruni without hair dryer.
Vietnam - Streets of Hanoi
Oh Hanoi the beautiful! well well, the truth is that hanoi is noisy, hot and you basically risk your life everytime your cross a street. apart from that, it's business as usual.
Orange snakes in hanoi.
Being a traveller can be hard. Below the first pic shows you a spy and the second a twat with a hat.
can i have a dog with cheese please?

the girl or the flower, your choice!

Vietnam - Hanoi sightseeing
Laos - Nong Khiaw and Muang Ngoi Neua
Everybody knows about Nong Khiaw and Muang Ngoi Neua, it's just so obvious! we were not thinking of travelling in this part of Laos then we discovered that we could cross the border by going up north of the country via a river. We have no regrets as it is definitely in our top 5 of the most beautiful places seen so far.
first picture was taken from our bungalow. Nice, innit? it cost us a fortune....2.30 GBP!
Happy girl is back!
concentration is very important when travelling.
forget about the roads, the only option is boat and boat again!
Our 4 million pounds mansion.
the unforgettable biggest avenue of Nong Khiaw.
Laos - Tat Kuang Si Waterfall
See below the beautiful Tat Kuang Si waterfall situated in the outskirts of Luang Prabang. Definitely a must if you visit Laos.
I know some of you who would not mind to be there!
My new friend below. Pretty lazy but always up to eat anything...a bit like us!
Come on guys, where are you? The water is waiting for you!!!
Laos-Vientiane
Vientiane was our first stop in Laos. Laos is definitely the less popular country in south east asia but we will soon realise that it deserves to be known.
Bruni with Allison from Australia and our new "friends"
yes i know, he is holding my hand. that must be the hair cut.
Sleeping bus on our way to Pakse (south Laos). Solange and Ben from France are part of the journey.
Thailand - Chiang Khan
Happy girl is back. it was hot as usual. one of those days when you burn under the lovely thai sun. still she made it!!!
above, Laos waiting for us on the other side. the boat does everything here, including being your home sweet home.
the local taxi also known as tuk tuk (below)
ohhh that must be the best Birch employee of the year??? you thought that his wokingham bench will be too hard to forget but the man is back stronger than before. in plain english, nothing can stop Lolo to sleep!
Thailand - Phu Rua
Thailand-Sukhotai
Bruni is the best at reading maps. i'm really impressed how quick she is to take you nowhere and the worst is that she thinks that she is at the right place. never mind :-(
get a gun!
Probably one of the most interesting ruins we had the chance to see in Thailand. Sukhothai is one of those places to visit in Thailand. Remember not to take Bruni as a guide and make sure Lolo is not under a palm tree sleeping!
Lolo trying to find a nice hat.
Smile is in option of course!
